RETURN POLICY.
Getling Sports manufactures and supplies combat sports equipment for customers, brands, distributors and businesses. Because many of our products may be produced according to specific customer requirements, return eligibility depends on the nature of the order and the reason for the requested return.
Before returning any product, customers must contact Getling Sports and provide details of the order, product condition and reason for the requested return. Returns should not be shipped without prior approval from our team.
CUSTOM & PRIVATE-LABEL PRODUCTS
Products manufactured specifically according to a customer's approved specifications, branding, colors, materials, dimensions, logos or other customization requirements are generally not eligible for return because of a change of mind or change in business requirements.
STANDARD PRODUCTS
For standard, non-customized products, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the products, order terms and applicable return arrangements.
Do not send products back without first receiving return instructions from Getling Sports.
PRODUCT ISSUES.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact Getling Sports as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the shipment.
To help us review the issue efficiently, customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, order information, product details and a description of the problem. Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the order.
POSSIBLE RESOLUTIONS
Depending on the situation, an approved claim may result in replacement of affected products, correction of the order, credit or another commercially appropriate resolution agreed between Getling Sports and the customer.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If products appear to have been damaged during transportation, please document the condition of the packaging and products and contact us promptly so that the matter can be reviewed with the relevant shipping or logistics provider.
